- We wish you would enjoy a nice stay in Casa Enara. Our commitment is to offer you a quality accommodation, beautiful, clean and comfortable, in a rural environment.

- Casa Enara is a tourist accommodation officially registered in the Government of Navarra with the following code: UAT00061. For this reason we can live up to our obligations and requirements.

- Casa Enara is fully equipped. You only have to bring a smile.

- The stay price includes all expenses. The firewood and the cot are complementary. You have to request the cot in advance.

- We sell artisanal and ecological products from Navarra.

- In Casa Enara you will find tourist, cultural and naturalistic information about Navarra. We can also give you advise about visits and excursions through Navarra. We can make some guide visits through Sansomain and through the Valdorba valley. (Check availability first)

- In the village there are no shops or services. There is only nature and tranquility. 3 Km. from here, in Gar’noain and Bar‡soain there are some small shops, chemist, health centre, petrol station and public swimming pool. 8 Km. from here there is Tafalla, a little city with all the services.

- Casa Enara is ruled by the following norms:

- Orden de 17 de enero de 1967, por la que se aprueba la ordenación de los Apartamentos, Bungalows y otros alojamientos similares de carácter turístico.
- Decreto Foral 243/1999, de 28 de junio, por el que se regula el alojamiento en Casas Rurales.

THE PAYMENT OF THE BOOKING AND/OR THE STAY INVOLVES ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS AND GUEST CONDUCT:

- Casa Enara is rented entirely. It has a capacity for 6 people + 2 suppletory beds (sofa bed in the living room) + 1 crib.

- Due to the characteristics of the house we recommend renting it for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults and 4 children.

- To book the house it is necessary to make a payment of 40% of the total amount. The remainder will be paid the day of your arrival, once you have checked the house's conditions. (Decreto Foral 243/1999)

- The payment of the stay gives the right to use the house and the environment correctly and lovingly, observing the Regulations.

- In order to preserve the clean and pleasant atmosphere of Casa Enara, it is not allowed to smoke inside the house, and neither having pets. If you have a pet, please consult the possibility to accommodate it outside the house.

- Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests through out your stay. Guests have to return the house in the same conditions of cleanliness and proper working that they found at their arrival. (Decreto Foral 243/1999)

- It is not permitted to eat inside the bedrooms.

-With the aim of preserving the natural environment, we ask you to use the water, electricity and heating conservatively, bein an eco-friendly guest.

- In the village there is a private swimming pool, located at the back of Casa Enara, which guests are not permitted to use. You can go for a swim to nearby public swimming pools, in rural villages situated at 3 or 6 km. from here.

- Between October and March (and except for Spanish long weekends and Easter week) it is possible to rent the house for 4 people, with a little discount on the price of the stay. The only condition is to use 2 double bedrooms instead of 3.


ARRIVAL AND LEAVING TIMETABLE
- If on the same day of your arrival or leaving, there is another arrival or leaving of other guests, the following timetable has to be respected:
- Arrival: 8 p.m. onwards
- Leaving: 11 a.m.
- If there are no arrivals or leavings of other guests, then there is no problem with a flexible timetable, which will be confirmed in advance.


CANCELLATION POLICY
As the Decreto Foral 243/1999 says:

- Should a guest cancel a reservation with more than 7 and less than 15 days' noticed on the reserved arrival date, Casa Enara has the right to keep 50% of the deposit forwarded.

- Should a guest cancel a reservation with less than 8 days' notice on the reserved arrival date, Casa Enara has the right to keep 100% of the deposit forwarded.
